The pilot abandoned a conventional takeoff from Gutersloh, Germany after mistakenly believing that the aircraft was not becoming airborne. He was unable to stop before it engaged the barrier and he ejected. The aircraft continued through the barrier and the perimeter fence and ended up in the river Ems. Allocated to Brough as a test rig
