"The guidance and inertial measurement system is manufactured by Sagem Défense Sécurité, it combines an uncooled infrared sensor and a TV camera. A fiber optic link (Nexans) allows to repatriate images to the launcher, and control the missile.
The piloting is allowed by four deployable control surfaces, and the missile uses an ejection system allowing the security of the shooter in case of confined space shooting. The thruster (Roxel) is triggered later (cold launch) and carries the missile at a cruising speed of 160 m / s. Two modes are planned: a direct trajectory and another "candlelight", in order to hit a battle tank on its vulnerable point: the turret. Its military load is a versatile tandem hollow charge, capable of handling a variety of targets.
It allows significant progress compared to Milan, which has no mode "pulls and forgets" and does not allow shooting in confined space."
