Papichulo #73839 "The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) hit 100% of its targets during the country's five-and-a-half-month bombing campaign over Syria, the service commander told state media on 15 March.

A Jane's kommentarja a hirhez: "Gen Bondarev's claim that the VKS has hit 100% of its targets in Syria can only be given credence if by 'target' he is referring to Syria itself, rather than any specific part of it." :)
