He's actually correct. The T-72 was more expensive than the T-64 (mostly because of size, also some parts such as autoloader were actually more complex on the 72)... at least T-64A vs T-72A. Do note how the T-64B series vastly increases cost, and how Ural/M T-72s aren't on this list as they were never seriously used by Soviet forces. I'd imagine the M/Ural would probably be cheaper, and how the earlier T-64/115 was more expensive due to few units built.
And yes, lol @ T-80UD cost at bottom. Even with the diesel instead of the Turbine, the T-80U was a fantastically complex vehicle.
