Yea I am convinced it has something to do with a savegame leak or savegame corruption. The larger the savegame file/the more systems you vistit/the longer you have played the WORSE your performance(for some people). I know this to be true because I have some savegames that are 30 megs(18 hours or so) and it CRAWLS when I load it up(6-9 fps). I start a NEW GAME and the frame rates are just fine. To begin with
I thought it was my graphics card or system or some mystical setting in the bios, or some driver, etc. Now I know it to be some kind of savegame corruption or problem that can only be addressed with a patch.
