This is more of a reminder then a support issue for the new trial users.
That being said, players who create new promo accounts some times do not receive the password emails; spam filters on personal computers, business servers, and ISPs appear to be the main culprit. There's not a whole lot we can do about these.
If you created a new account and have not received your password within an hour or so, please file a Ticket (though Ticket responses may also be filtered unfortunately) or just email us as [email protected] and we'll try to get back to you as soon as we can.
