Meg kell adnod az adataid a köv formában:
- Last four digits of the credit card used to bill the account:
- The name on that card:
- The COMPLETE billing address:
- Current Answer to your Security Question:
- Account / Registration Key (usually found on the back of your CD case or on the instruction manual):
- Real Name:
- E-mail Address:
- Station Username:
- Birthdate:
Ha vmi hiányzik, vagy nem vagy benne biztos, akkor hagyd ki.
Aztán választanod kell egy új biztonsági kérdést ezek közül:
What is your fathers middle name?
What is your mother's maiden/original name?
What book or movie did you enjoy the most?
What is your pets name?
What is your favorite hobby/past time?
What is your favorite historical figure?
What is your fathers occupation?
What is your favorite song?
What is your favorite animal?
Where were you born?
És rögtön megadni az új választ. Ha ezt mind megadod 1-2 napon belül resetelik a jeészavad és csinálhatsz újat.
