Curtis #4315 Hi,
Hírek:
Hello Everyone,
Based on the feedback collected by the German Community overnight and a decision made by the Ascaron Patch Review Board, the international version of Patch 1.7 will not go ahead as originally planned. As stated in the news before this, this decision was still pending. The decision was made this morning not to release the patch because of the scale of localisation issues and extensions which need to be implemented as well as it requires time to compile a new version, test it and in turn, clear it will for release, make the availability of the patch before Wednesday next week is impossible.
Issues found in the German Open Beta will also be addressed as best as possible in order to make the international released open beta better. Although it was planned to release the open beta today, the feedback from the German community has given us a chance to further look into more issues not realised before and improve the network code substantially.
The waiting period might have been extended by a few days but that should make the release even more so worth it.
Enjoy you weekend,
The Sacred Team

ui.: Íme az okok:
a couple of reasons:
1. The compiled patch yesterday was something of a ... well disaster. Myself and my hardcore testing crew went through the patch yesterday and there are just too many new/old bugs. Looks like something went wrong in the compiling process where half fixes where included which causes further problems in area: Quest, Network Stability etc...
2. The new loca file is in, but only in part so there are weird and wonderful mistakes.
3. The onstorm of german beta testers caused the lobby to overload. International community is bigger, guess what will happen, and guess how many people will be seriously pissed.
4. And the dragon was at its most deadly yesterday. Inactive and caused 250HP dmg once, before dying a sad death. And some of the other AI was just plain weird.
Na szóval ennyi. Kár.
