Low PC Ini Patch
This is new Ini patch for low PC. It deletes some animations including goal nets, corner flag, crowd flags. In this result, you can feel more soft graphics for FIFA2004. (Extract to "data\cmn" folder.)
High PC Ini Patch
This is a new Ini patch for high PC. It brings more high quality graphics including crowd flags.
