"However, this game was released on several systems and there were some difference between them. Microsoft got the game first, on the Xbox and the PC, although it was incomplete. The game did not have the Skateboarding mini-game. Reasoning behind that is because it was too hard to convert it from the PS2. The PlayStation 2 version of Substance is the complete game. In addition to being incomplete, the Xbox and PC versions of the game have trouble with controls and graphics. MGS2 was designed for the PS2, simple as that. You need the PS2 controller to be comfortable with the game's controls. Also, the graphics were sharpened up too much due to Xbox and PC superior technology. Just like the Integral on the PC, things that were blury in the PlayStation original were messed up with sharper graphics. In addition, the Xbox version of the game had some strange slow-downs in rain part of the Tanker mission, things that were handled perfectly a year ago on the PS2. Bottom line, stick with the PS2 version of Substance as the definitive one."
