miauu's Work Plane supports spline objects. I added this support in the last version - 1.17, which is not released yet. But if you buy the script I will send the version 1.17 .
Only Align Selection To Work Plane not works. This mean that you can project selected knots onto the work plane.
You can align the WP 1, 2, or 3 selected knots, that can be on different splines in the main spline.
You can align the WP to 1 or 3 segments, that can be on diferent splines in the main spline.
Attached is a video where you can see how the WP works with splines.
