" This quest requires you to kill a stalker wearing a jacket. Killing him is tricky, because he usually comes with 2 other stalkers in 'Sunrise armor'. He starts at the Bar and slowly travels towards the Cordon. It's advisable for new players to pick this quest later, so that they don't have to wait nearly an hour for him.
The guy may be located in different places - I've seen him both at the house where you meet Fox and at a camp further to the north; in any case, you can find him in Cordon.

Kill the lone stalker now circling outside the rookie camp near Sidorovich's
bunker. His location is marked on your PDA. He'll try to get away rather than
fight, so just gun him down. Afterward, return to Sidorovich for the reward.
