Thank you for contacting Ubi Soft Nordic Support.
Please follow these instructions for any PC support.
In order to help you further we need some information from you computer.
Follow these procedures to make a file with info on your hardware. Press
Start -> Run... and write "dxdiag" in the empty text field and press enter.
This will start the DirectX diagnostic Tool. Click on "Save all
information".
This will open a window which allows you to save a file (dxdiag.txt) to you
Documents folder. Do this.
Open the file dxdiag.txt and check that your computer is fulfilling the
minimum system requirements for the game you are having a problem with.
The minimum requirements for your game is listed on the back of the box.
If all requirements are fulfilled, please check the following things.
Check the name and driver version of your display device. (graphicscard)
Check the name and driver version off your sound device. (soundcard)
Go to the manufacture homepage to see and download the latest driver version
for your device.

After downloading and installing the latest drivers, check the game site on
the internet for any updates / patches. If there are any, download and
install them.
Then try to start the game again. If you still have problems with the game,
press reply to this email and attach the files dxdiag.txt to the email.
Explain your problem as precise as possible and send the email.
