1.6 Patch News - 4/13/2004 - Munkey
From the horse's mouth
So after checking out the patch myself and getting feedback from some of the beta testers, here is what I have found (and am comfortable talking about ):
-The "set" and "exec" commands allowing access to numerous undetectable cheats have been locked, ultimately disabling good-for-nothing cheaters from using them.
-An in-game uniform selector for the server admins ala R6 and RS I am willing to bet that many of the competitive ladders will be making rule amendments to address this new feature.
As for the SDK, I am sorry all, but I can't make any comments at this time with the exception that I can tell you it is being beta tested as well. I wish I had more info to share, I really wish I did, but I don't want to tell you one thing and then have it not end-up being the case in the end. I'm working to get some updates, etc. on that for you all.
