To install the combat dialogue texts you have to replace the original file with the "texts traduccidos" file, to the directory
C:/program files/ubisoft/il-2sturmovik/i18n.
Note: The cracked rts.dll is contained in the file Crack IL2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles.exe Crack folder. If you are unable to run this for any reason, extract manually with 7-Zip and copy into your game folder. If you have any problems with this installation, send email.
