Filling out the beta application ensures you will be considered for each of The Elder Scrolls Online beta events, but it does not guarantee you will be chosen for all events, regardless of having been admitted previously.
If you were previously invited to a beta, you will be considered again for upcoming betas. Whenever we send out a batch of invites, we’ll alert everyone on our official website, and social media channels, so stay tuned!

Players can also pre-order physical editions through participating retailers worldwide. The physical Standard Edition for PC/Mac will cost $59.99 (€54.99 / £49.99) and the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are priced at $59.99 (€69.99 / £59.99). The physical Imperial Edition will retail for $99.99 (€99.99 / £89.99) on all platforms. Do I need to create an account to pre-purchase?
Yes. To pre-purchase and to play The Elder Scrolls Online , or to register their retail pre-order and receive their Explorer's Pack, players will need to create an account on our official website (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com). To sign up, they can click Create an account on the website and follow the instructions.
Will pre-purchasing or pre-ordering give me early access to the game?
If players pre-purchase the Digital Standard or Digital Imperial Edition for PC/Mac from The Elder Scrolls Online Store (https://store.elderscrollsonline.com), they'll receive five days of early access to the game. Additional PC/Mac early access programs are available through participating retailers - players can contact their preferred outlet to inquire. We have not announced plans for early access on console formats.
Can I pre-purchase The Elder Scrolls Online for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One on the online store
No. At this time, the console versions of The Elder Scrolls Online are not available for pre-purchase on the official digital stores. However, players can pre-order the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions at participating retailers.
Can I upgrade to the Digital Imperial Edition?
Starting April 4th, 2014 all customers who pre-purchased the Digital Standard Edition can upgrade to the Digital Imperial Edition by visiting The Elder Scrolls Online Store (https://store.elderscrollsonline.com). This will allow them to receive the exclusive collection of in-game rewards available from the Digital Imperial Edition. This upgrade service will be available from April 4th, 2014. If players have purchased a physical copy of the Standard Edition but wish to upgrade to the Digital Imperial Edition, our upgrade service is there to help you do so. If you pre-ordered a physical edition at a retailer, please contact that retailer to discuss changing your pre-order.

If players wish to cancel a pre-order from a retailer, they need to contact that store to discuss their options.
How do I redeem the digital items from the Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition?
For PC/Mac customers: If players purchased a physical copy of Th e Elder Scrolls Online , they must first enter their retail game key into The Elder Scrolls Online account system anytime on or after 4.4.14. If you pre-purchased either digital edition from our online store, you do not need to enter a game key. Players may then enter their Explorer's Pack code within their account page ( https://account.elderscrollsonline.com ). Players can simply log into the game and check their game character's in-game mailbox. Instructions on how to acquire any items that are not attached to the mail will be provided. If players run into any difficulties redeeming their digital items, they can visit our Customer Support Center (http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/). For Console format customers: We will update this article in the near future for full details on how to redeem the Explorer's Pack bonus content for console players.
When will I be able to redeem the digital items from the Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition?
On PC / Mac, the earliest players will be able to receive their digital items from the Explorer's Pack or Imperial Edition is April 4th. On or after this date, their items will be sent to them via in game mail upon their first login. This mail will not expire and a full mail box will not prevent its arrival. Console customers will receive their digital items upon the announced launch date in June, 2014.
What should I do if I accidentally sell/delete my digital items from the Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition?
