= RiotScruffy is heading up some changes for Skarner.
= Scruffy identifed common skarner complaints incude : his ult is awesome, he is very mana dependant, easily kited, being permaslowed BY him is frustrating, his E doesn't feel that useful, and the other junglers outperform him.
= Here is his early draft of the TENTATIVE Skarner changes:

-Hopefully removing permaslow by making the slow only occur on every other Q instead of all Qs after the first. To balance the loss in slow duration here, I want to make it a much stronger slow that decays over time but leaves gaps for people to counterplay. Hopefully this will be fun for skarner players too because they can now make some smart decisions when they want to use the new more powerful Q slow.

-Increase the movespeed buff so that it is closer to other similar champs like Udyr and Volibear
-Possibly make the movespeed ramp up over time so its not too powerful of an escape "get out of jail free" ability
-Lower cooldown back to 14s from 18s like it was a few patches ago
-Strengthen the shield amount/AP ratios (to compensate for the loss of heal from E)
-Remove attack speed from the W buff

-Instead of the heal, proccing the E mark on targets will now give skarner his attack speed buff
-Increase total damage, but split it up so that only some is up front and the rest happens when you proc the mark
-Reduce mana cost
-Look into better usability (faster projectile, faster cast, etc) may be one or all of these

-Fix more edge cases so that the R will reliably go off on targets once it has been cast
= For those afraid the changes would actually be a nerf, he reminds us "Another thing to keep in mind, Skarner has very low play rate and sub 50% win rate right now. There is no intention of nerfing him."

ezen a meccsen pedig azért vitt thresht, mert egy tök szûz acc elsõ játéka volt, tehát csak free-t tudott vinni, és thresh kurvára op, úgy gondolta, vele tud carry-zni (ami meg is történt)
szvsz érdemes követni a feljutását vissza diamondba, nem mellesleg egyébként szivesen duozik is a nézõivel

NA MOST hagyom abba a játékot egy jó darabig, ilyen basszameg még a mesében sincs. megyek geci choval midre fizz ellen, már magamban röhögök, hogy mekkora win lesz az egész, erre bazmeg bot nem akar leasht adni és elmaradok miattuk egy komplett szinttel, utána jungler jön gankelni és hát persze hogy odaadja a double buffot. tpzek botra de nem veszik a lapot hogy akció van, megint kidobtam a faszba 2 creep wave-t. egy kurva wardot nem látok a mapon sehol csak nálam és sírnak geci hogy campelik õket, miközben a cigány nocturne még mindig hozzám jön gankelni hiába mondom neki hogy takarodjon, újra meghalunk miatta. soha nem leaveltem még szándékosan szerintem lolból, de most vagy leave vagy új monitor volt
