Fixes and Updates
The Sao Paulo variant of the Tactical Escort family has been totally remastered! Its model has been rebuilt to Star Trek Online's current visual standard. Additionally, all ships in the Tactical Escort family now have access to the Odyssey and Type 0a Hull Material as well as the Type 0, Type 6, Galaxy and Odyssey window options. As with all remasters, this update is free for owners of the Sao Paulo Tactical Escort Refit variant. Simply ready a ship in the Tactical Escort family and apply the Sao Paulo template in the ship customization interface to see the changes!
Reduced the base Turn Rate penalty felt in sector space when traveling at higher speeds.
Fixed a bug with Unity Shielding that was making the Hold duration unaffected by resistances.
Fixed a pathing issue on ESD that was causing some civilians to walk into walls near one of the turbolifts.
Removed the white dots indicating "basic entities" from minimap and compass display. Enemies and vendors remain visible, but not civilians and non-interactable NPCs.
Updated some dialogue in the "Delta Flight" mission to reflect updated character details related to the new episode.
Hangar - Kelvin Timeline Assault Drones are now usable on any ship that can use Hangar Pets.
Updated restrictions on "Birds-of-Prey" Hangar pets so that they may now be used on any Full Carrier, as well as the K'vort Temporal Flight Deck Raptor.
Added two free new hair styles for Klingon species: "Flared and Full" and "Long and Tied"
Added a new mesh variant to the hat from the "Naval Outfit"
Many Admiralty ships have had their stats adjusted to match the intended stat totals for their Tiers + Rarities. Some have gone up, others have gone down.

"Kuvah’Magh” Episode

During Act 4 of the episode, players may become stuck between environmental objects in the chamber after the Main Lab, preventing progression.
During Act 4 of the Episode, multiple props lack collision in the Main Lab.
Miral's arm clips through the Doctor's arm during the Doctor arrives cutscene of Act 2.
Audio is currently being duplicated in some cinematics in the new Episode.

The B'rel's big sister, the K'vort, is coming to Star Trek Online, with the ability to summon an entire wing of B'rels!

Klingon Shipwrights originally conceived of the K'Vort as a way to subvert armament limitations from the original Khitomer treaties. Clever Klingon Bureaucrats noticed a limitation on the number of capital ships the Empire could produce according to treaty stipulations, but the treaty allowed for a far greater number of starships simply described as "Birds of Prey," without defining in detail the mass limitations for what actually constituted a Bird of Prey. And so, the hawkish wing of Imperial Defense Force concocted the plan for the K'Vort. While there was some internal grumbling about "subterfuge befitting a Romulan," the truth was that most Klingon houses were happy to pad their fleets with new large warships to replace the aging and small K'tinga-class starships that had been in service for almost 50 years.

This ship features a Commander Tactical/Temporal Operative Specialist Bridge Officer seat and Lt Commander Engineer/Command Bridge Officer Seat.

Temporal Starships are capable of making subtle alterations on the molecular level through the use of Molecular Reconstruction. This technology allows the starship to assume 1 of three different Configurations: Defensive, Offensive and Support. Each Configuration has their own strengths and weaknesses. Each of the Configurations generate their own specific counter. Up to 6 Counters can be generated at a time. These Counters are used to fuel your Molecular Deconstruction Beam.

Defensive Configuration: While this configuration is active, the starship's systems will dynamically reconfigure to fill more of a defensive role. This provides a boost to Maximum Shield Power and Incoming Hull Healing. This comes at a cost of a small reduction to Flight Speed and Turn Rate. Defensive Configuration generates 1 Defensive Counter every 10 seconds.
Offensive Configuration: While this configuration is active, the starship's systems will dynamically reconfigure to fill more of an offensive role. This provides a boost to Maximum Engine Power, Speed, and Turn. This comes at a cost of a small reduction of Incoming Hull Healing. Offensive Configuration generates 1 Offensive Counter every 10 seconds.
Support Configuration: While this configuration is active, the starship's systems will dynamically reconfigure to fill more of a support role. This provides a boost to Maximum Auxiliary Power, Control Strength, and Exotic Damage. This comes at a cost of a small reduction to Energy Weapon Damage. Support Configuration generates 1 Support Counter every 10 seconds.
Molecular Deconstruction Beam: Activating this ability requires a total of 6 Counters generated by Defensive Configuration, Offensive Configuration, or Support Configuration. Molecular Deconstruction Beam deals Physical Damage over time and Disables the target, in addition to healing your hull over time. This power's damage scales with the number of Offensive Counters consumed. Its Hull Healing scales with the number Defensive Counters consumed. Lastly, its Disable duration scales with the number of Support Counters consumed. Activating this ability will consume all Offensive, Defensive and Support Counters generated from Configurations.
This ship comes equipped with a Console - Universal - Hunting Pack Escorts. Klingon Hunting Packs are feared across the galaxy. Appearing out of nowhere thanks to their cloaking device, ready to strike with decisive force on your exposed flanks. This device issues a call to engage to one of such packs, two Elite Birds-of-Prey who will promptly decloak to aid you in combat. Once their time is up, they'll cloak again and await the next call.

This console also provides a passive boost to your pets Critical Hit Chance and Critical Severity.

It can be equipped in any console slot and equipped on any ship. You may only equip one of these consoles.

This ship has an Experimental Weapon slot which comes pre-equipped with the Rapid Fire Disruptor Heavy Emitter. Pushed by its constant quest for domination the Klingon Empire designed this weapon capable of emitting a vast amount of highly dense Disruptor bursts in a short time. While pretty effective at taking down single targets, the proliferance of target rich encounters and the difficulty to deal with the heat generation stopped it from being widely deployed.

Upon reaching level 5 in this ship's starship mastery, you will unlock the "Imperial Pressure" Starship Trait. There is no avoiding war it can only be postponed. Displays of force can help your enemy remember what they are dealing with.
Activating a Command or Tactical Bridge Officer Ability will apply a Disruptor Damage Resistance Reduction to up to 10 foes in a 5km radius. These stack for up to 15 seconds and have a max stack of 30.
