I am trying to purchase another serial code through the web site, but am told that I cannot purchase any more. Why is this?

We have implemented a purchase limit of 3 serial codes per credit card. This is security feature intended to help prevent fraudulent credit card use. As this is a system-wide security measure, attempting to purchase past the limit on a different or new PlayNC account will result in the error, "You have exceeded the maximum number of online code purchases. Please contact [email protected] if you have a need to purchase additional codes."
If you wish to purchase more than three serial codes, you will have to either use a different credit card, or visit your local retailer to purchase additional copies of the game.
