Ok I realized that you cant give me back items / adena. only thing you could make is make my Sylvanas char to white so i can play with it again.(or i should finish playing linage2)When i know that my items has stolen i starting to killing players cuz i was angry and sad about it..so i got now 999999+ karma.Could you reset my karma ?

Ok. you cant give me items back so EBay me 20m adena and give me back. OR just simlpy give me the IP adress of the hacker so i can contact him.(or you cant even do this? anyway GMs use to help stucked people? so why the fuck should i pay 15$ each month if you cant do anything ?? comparing diablo2 there is no monthly cost but nothing serve here monthly cost and nothing)

Hi David,
Thanks for contacting us. Could you please assist us in investigating your issue by telling us the following:
1) What characters were vandalized, and which servers they are on?
2) Any alterations to your characters (such as added karma or de-leveled) and which characters?
3) Please provide a list of the most valuable item that were pilfered and from which characters?
4) When was the last date and time (to the best of your recollection) they you were able to log in (before the password changed) and what was the date and time that you noticed your password was changed?
We recommend that you run a thorough check of your system for trojans, keyloggers, viruses, etc., and make sure that no one else has access to your info (if you haven't done so already).
I am so sorry to hear your account has been hacked. I am going to escalate your ticket to the Investigation Team for further review. This may take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience.
We will not be able to reimburse you in any way for anything else done to your account by a computer criminal, as the security of your account is the sole responsibility of the player. This is another reason it is imperative to do everything possible to make your computer safe. If someone does break into your computer and hacks your Lineage II data, you should contact your local authorities to report this crime. Hey!
All of my items have stolen.I went to sleep at about 5 am (easten europe time +2) and when i entered with my char at about 3 pm (today) i see that two of chars (wich i usually play and have equipment) has nothing and both was in gludio at gatekeeper.I guess you can check what items and i had and i can get them back.
