Amiben ezen leírás tanulsága szerint Award Bios van.
Annak a csipogása pedig elvileg:
"1long, 2 short - Video adapter error - Either video adapter is bad or is not seated properly. Also, check to ensure the monitor cable is connected properly.
Repeating (endless loop) - Memory error - Check for improperly seated or missing memory.
1long, 3short - No video card or bad video RAM - Reset or replace the video card.
High frequency beeeps while running - Overheated CPU- Check the CPU fan for proper operation. Check the case for proper air flow.
Repeating High/Low - CPU - Either the CPU is not seated properly or the CPU is damaged. May also be due to excess heat. Check the CPU fan or BIOS settings for proper fan speed."

Viszont ahogy ezen az oldalon olvasható (ne lepődjünk meg azon hogy Phoenix cég honlapjára tévedtünk - felvásárolta az Award-ot):
"The only AwardBIOS beep code indicates that a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information. This beep code consists of a single long beep followed by two short beeps. Any other beeps are probably a RAM (Random Access Memory) problems."
Szóval nem olyan biztos a csipogás.
Valamilyen más hibaüzenetet (Floppy disk(s) fail, Memory test fail, stb...) nem ad ki? Nélküle csak találgatni tudunk.
Esetleg mozgasd meg egy kicsit/nézd át a csatlakozókat - nem mozdultak-e ki/rosszul lettek behelyezve szerelés közben (nálam a floppymeghajtó érzékeny az ilyesmire - ha rosszul rakom rá a szalagkábelt, akkor csipog, és Floppy disk(s) fail-re hivatkozik)?
Próbáld meg mindezt a memóriamodulokkal/bővítőkártyákkal is.
