We have set up an RMA number to exchange your memory under warranty and the return details are below.
Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package and return it to us in secure packaging within 10 business days. We recommend using an insured delivery method, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to protect your contents as Crucial is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will ship your replacement order.
Please note, due to quality and tracking reasons removal/tampering with the warranty label or modification to Crucial Branded product will result in us not accepting your request to return the product. Any product received in such condition will be returned to you.
If you have purchased a kit, both parts must be returned so we can exchange them as a matching pair.
