    "A message from the Escape from Tarkov project leader Nikita Buyanov:
    Dear friends! The Escape from Tarkov development keeps running at full throttle! Our team is already over 70 strong, backed up by several outsourced crews and supported by numerous fans all over the world, united by the EFT idea.
    Thanks to our alpha testers, we are receiving a steady stream of info required for fixing the issues and improving the project. The restricted community forum section dedicated to alpha testing is regularly supplying us with interesting suggestions that make it into the development plan.
    At this stage, we are preparing several game modules, among them - a large-scale online testing and performance optimization update. In other words, we are losing no time in bringing the start of the beta-testing closer!
    In the upcoming update, along with multivarious fixes and additions, we have, once more, carried out a modification and optimization of the graphical side of the game, introducing a number of interesting technologies and visually transforming the picture.
    Here’s a list of some of the most noticeable graphical improvements:
    - improved shaders with added PBR features
    - ambient light portals (improved indoor lighting)
    - complete and improved sky lighting in full daylight cycle
    - new SSAO
    - contact ambient obscurance
    - new tonemapping
    - eye adaptation
    - improved SSR (screen space reflections)
    - new color correction
    - reworked and improved most of the materials and textures of characters, weapons, and objects
    - optimized terrain and vegetation
    We are happy to present to you the first part of screenshots with the improved Escape from Tarkov graphics."
