Szóval ha még ma nem is, de "holnap" még igencsak nagy meglepetéseket fog okozni Kína

"It’s clear why many Chinese choose to pursue higher degrees abroad—the education is better. According to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, only two Chinese universities merit “Top 100” consideration. As a result, many of the brightest and most talented Chinese youth seek education abroad. In 2012, over 200,000 Chinese students were accepted into U.S. universities alone, according to Chinese media outlet CCTV. The outlet also reports that this number is growing rapidly: there’s a 20% increase every year in the number of Chinese students traveling abroad for education.

Hoping to gain knowledge that can be utilized back home, the Chinese government supports sending students abroad. However, this strategy has not gone according to plan. Only one third of Chinese students who study abroad return home to work. According to the Economist, the return rate for overseas PhD students is even more abysmal with 85% of Chinese PhD students deciding to stay in a foreign country. This situation results in a massive loss of talent for China, as well as an intellectual boon for the countries that accept these students."
