"You are able to earn items in up to 10 hours of online game time (no private matches, online playlists only) per week, and that timer resets on Fridays. During that game time, you will be more and more likely to receive an item the longer you go without earning one. Given an average match time of 7-10 minutes, your first 60 to 95 matches per week are eligible for item drops."
