Szerintem ez magyarul:
"Miutan kiderult az egesz a Samsung meg csak nem is probalt segiteni az ugy kivizsgalasaban, megprobalta eltusolni azt."
Az altalad idezett mondat ("Samsung did offer to conduct an internal investigation, an offer the Judge dismissed as "insufficient.") pedig a birosag hulyenek nezese, nem pedig segitseg... ezt a biro is kifejtette ("Rarely, is the fox permitted to investigate without supervision the disappearance of chickens at the henhouse."), ezert nem is kert belole.
Ha te ezt maskepp ertelmezed, akkor te durvan elfogult vagy a Samsunggal szemben es nincs realitaserzeked... na ezek a tenyek! ;)
