Note that to unlock the Golden Ending, the player must also complete the following tasks earlier in the game: Chapter 1: Tell the Queen of Maggots "I'll do it my way." Chapter 2: Answer at least two of Liz's questions correctly, and correctly answer The Crow's riddle. Chapter 3: Avoid filling the "stress" meter and triggering a mental breakdown. Chapter 7: Refuse to blow out a candle when confronted by the Queen of Maggots.
