There have been no hidden changes since the last unofficial patch notes (August 4th, 2017).
However, I can now confirm that the BMP-1 will be in 1.71. I know track texture and its ATGM were found in the files, but it was not clear if it was an unused April Fools event tank (as there were many test files in the update it was added in and other April Fools stuff.), but now I can confirm it will be in 1.71.
