    10-49-ig azonosak a statok PvP területen, 50-től kezd "ténylegesen" számolódni. Ezért van az, hogy lvl50 alatt a veteran rank játékosokat kurva nehéz megölni.

    Basically, the following skills are nerfed in 1-49 PvP

    -ANY passive, including racials, that increase HP/MAG/Stam or their regens. Conditioned, Robust, etc … and many class passives.

    -Armor increasing skills: Spiked Armor, Bonus from Puncture Morph, Bound Armor, Lightning Form (resist works?), Immovable (resist works), Blessing of Protection, Bone Shield, Nord Racial, Shadow Barrier, Resolve.

    -Passives that permanently raise resist (note: active resist boosts seems to work): Breton Racial, Scaled Armor, Balanced Warrior

    -Damage increasing skills: Surge, Balanced Warrior (Double nerf! What does it mean?), Juggernaut, Drain Power.

    -Anything that adds to spell power

    I’m sure that I have missed a bunch, but you get the idea.



    So what DOES work in 1-49 PvP? (I tested these via items and mundus stones)

    -Any bonus to crit or crit damage (Khajit, Mage LIght, Medium Armor, Thief/Shadow Stone)

    -Spell cost reduction from both jewelry and % passives (Light Armor, Breton Racial, Unholy Knowledge etc)

    -Most traits and sets, so long as they don’t boost the anything in the “nerfed” list above

    -Flat % changes (e.g. Siphoning Strikes, Magma Armor)
