"I have the Nexus One and have the GBC and GBA emulator on it. I constantly love it for Zelda, Pokemon, and the Final Fantasy Ports. That said I don't think this would work well just do to control issues. The only thing I can see working are JRPGs, and that's probably pushing it. Any GBA games that requires a decent amount of use with L or R button becomes a bitch to play, having 2 of each probably won't be enjoyable to play at all. These emulators work best with NES and GB/GBC, just because anything more than D-pad plus A+B is too much to deal with on such a small screen and obvious lack of buttons on Android's powerhouse phones, the Nexus One and now the EVO."
