I was not pleased to hear that this situation occurred in our game. We really appreciate the time you took to inform us about the player smuljko. Be sure, that we take every report seriously.
In order to maintain friendly and fair-play atmosphere in World of Tanks we introduced auto team kill/damage tracking system which automatically imposes a sanction to player violating the game rules.
Therefore I would like to assure you that player who attacks other teamplayers will be punished.
Regarding bad language, thank you for sending us screenshot, we will investigate the issue and also punish the player accordingly.
Thank you again for helping us keep our World of Tanks experience enjoyable.
