Yup, however not a complete list of changes will be ready for 7.2. E.g. will introduce the algorithm to interrupt long series when you are getting in battles of high tiers for your vehicle. Let's if you battle tier spread is 8-11, it wont be possible to join tier 10 and 11 battles many times in a row.
