    And one more thing:
I feel that the Italo/Euro New Gen scene is slowly destroying itself by releasing too many mediocre and interchangeable tracks by Modern Talking clones with always the same harmonies and sounds - not to forget certain labels/producers that always produce the same songs over and over again but under different names. ;)

Today's New Gen producers may have a high quality and perfect clean sound but unfortunately most of them cannot write memorable songs that hit you right in the heart and forget that a big part of Italo Disco has always been its imperfection (false English, heavy accents, too much delay/reverb, ...)

For me, it seems that almost no one produces the classic Italo sound from the golden age of 1983-1986 anymore.
Where are new songs in classic and 80s sounding Radiorama, Aleph, Gazebo, Albert One, Ken Laszlo style?
Only very few producers keep up the high quality standard and try to sound like in the 80s.

Today, it's mostly modern, soulless dance pop with 80s elements (just look at the Robin Gibb "Juliet" cover version below)
but no classic drum machines / synth sounds. That's really sad.

And believe me: No one does it for the money in these days.
Sales are usually poor and 95% of the artists/producers of the New Gen scene have got regular day jobs - just like me. ;)
