" "Average" is the highest possible option and the game is usually locked to 30 FPS albeit this can be disabled, AA takes quite a hit if you use special modes but other than that it plays quite well.
QTE are explained if you lower their difficulty a bit (There's five or so from foolproof to impossible.) and the same can be set for game difficulty, game controls are quite easy as well to learn (Albeit it will display X360 icons aside from QTE.)
