tudnatok segiteni ? utaltam a mb számlára 8000 forintot egy olyan sámlárol ami nem az én nevemen van. gondoltam majd szepen visszautaljak parszaz forint levonassal. nem igy tortent. levontak 10 eurot plussz egy figyelmeztetes, hogy tobbet ilyen ne forduljon elo. ezt a levelet kaptam:

mi a megoldas hogy visszakapjam az osszes penzemet? es szabalyos ez hogy csak igy hasrautve levont 10 eurot? raadasul akkor egy masik szamlarol meg utaltam plussz 3000 forintot. ha abbol is levont 10 eurot az szep lesz. PLIZ HEEELP!!!
