    I got hacked and all my items were stolen...


    I logged on today and all my items were gone. My friends say that awhile back bots were joining public games and stealing IDs. I was wondering if this happened to anyone else, and if blizzard was prompt on restoring your account


    Same thing happened to me a moment ago. I sent a ticket but I don't think they will restore accounts in a game like this one.

    Was logged in and they just hijacked and changed my password. All items gone within a minute. Sent a ticket about an earlier incident, haven't had a reply in 2 days.

    They will restore you items. This has happened to quite a few people.

    Don't worry, be patient and answer all their questions as honestly as possible. The more information you give them the easier and faster the process will be.

    Same happened to me but I had never joined a public game, only played with friends. They also only took my gold, didn't bother with my items.

    Same happened to me, got money restored in 5 minutes :D.
