I could wholly swear that that banner on top was not even displayed when I had applied for beta testing. And by further note, American only? Why LET other countries be selected in the dang 'Select your country' drop down. Maybe you should fix that part of the form and properly display banners from day one.

I already got my 'You are now eligible for beta testing' page (not to be confused with the newer 'You may be considered for beta testing' page), is it really a good idea just to say "Hey, I know we said you were in before, but.. now we've decided you're not."?
