Important points:
The left DC must be dominant in the air and will bag loads of goals from corners.
The DMC must be good at marking and tackling, but also good at passing and decision making.
Try to use second strikers in the winger positions (think RVP, Maxi Rodriguez)
Use AMCs in the MC positions (ideally they should be able to tackle as well)
Finally try to use a "complete" striker.
