    I’ve had the issue that when i was playing Singleplayer/co-op it would just freeze and when i ALT-TABBED there was another window saying DirectX Error (DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error). If you’re using an Nvidia graphics card:
    Install Nvidia Drivers: 175.16
    Worked for me!
    Solved my problems too
