If you have not done so, please grant 9 Dragons full access through all your security programs. Check your router for any additional security programs in which 9 Dragon will need access through as well. Sign into your PC as admin and always run the client as admin too. This can be done by right clicking on the 9 Dragons short cut (located on your desktop by default install) and selecting "Run As Admin." Also, be sure you are using a stable and fast internet connection. If you are using wireless try a direct connection as they are more stable and tend to be faster as well.
