I tried to refine several weapons during the beta test. The results weren't good but as long as the drops rate provides a good supply of Blood Essence, nobody minds too much. Still, it would be nice to make a least a +7 weapon, when you take three identical items and hope for the best. One of them breaks at +4, the next at +5, the next at +6. Games Campus isn't going to sell a lot of Dragons Tears/Scales with those refining rates, unless they're priced at about 50 cents each."
