"We have been experiencing problems with characters unable to enter game worlds due to their character getting stuck while zoning. While we trace this issue for a permanent fix, rolling restarts were conducted to free up any characters with this problem.
Following the server rolling restarts this afternoon we are experiencing unanticipated problems bringing all worlds back online. Our Net Ops engineers are investigating the issue intensively; however the current cause is unknown. We do not anticipate this being a load issue, following the billing performance earlier this week we have increased server capacity in areas related to authentication, and those servers are not under duress."
