Villarreal player, Marcos Senna promised today the Spanish Constitution, passing to receive the double nationality Spanish-Brazilian. The act took place in Castellón’s Civil Register this afternoon.
The player was satisfied with his new condition of Spanish citizen. “This was a dream that has now come true. I think for both, Villarreal and myself, it is good that I have been able to become a Spaniard. When I knew that I could become Spanish, I felt really happy, I could even get to play in the Spanish National team. With this nationalisation, Villarreal has now three non EU players, Riquelme, Sorín and Antonio Valencia.
