"OK for this I would first complete the story on normal so that you unlock all the chapters. This is glitched because if you leave the game and its on realistic it will reset to normalk without you knowing. So you need to beat one chapter at a time on realistic. If you leave or get offline just make sure you select the chaper and complete it on Realistic difficulty."
