"The game itself is most likely a great game, unfortunately I'm unable to play it even with a 980ti. The game stutters and parts of the environment are jumping (intro to the game when the main character answers his phone the phone just jumps in and out of his hand as I walk) The game is clearly running under 30fps even just on medium with the 980 ti. This is insane.. I want to support MS first party on PC and I would love to play this game, unfortunately I can confidently say I just wasted $60 until there's a performance patch."
