Hello everyone; thanks for your continued reports on this. I'm sorry it hasn't resolved for everyone yet.
I'd like to get some more specifics if possible. Am I right in saying everyone's issue seems to be that you are answering security questions that you believe to have set up, with answers that you are certain to be correct, and you're getting rejected?
Can I assume you've made sure you're including spaces in your answers (if it's a two-word answer)? The answers aren't case sensitive. We just need to check the obvious.
Last but not least, is anyone being asked questions that they believe they've never answered?
