To fix the problem you're having with the kits (they aren't mapped correctly) you have to download a program at dekazeta.net called Kit Splitter, all you'll have to do, is open the complete kit (the old way, all in one image), and then hit the Split button, and that'll create three images, which you'll have to import manually to the .afs and I think you have to set the transparency manually, I might be wrong tho'.
