open GSS
select the boots file
select boot u want to replace
save it
open paint shop pro
open the boot u saved
save the palette
open the boot u want to insert
cut and paste over the old one
load the palette u saved
save the image
open the new image in gss
adjust the transparency
import over the one u want replace...
