They’ve had so many complaints about the DLC 2.0, that they want to fix that first before updating the actual program.
The problem for people with consoles seems to be the unpacking of the data. Some genius had the brilliant idea to name the source file (dt0f.img) the same as one of the unpacked files inside, so the main update file cannot be unpacked (consoles do it all in the same directory).
