- Unpack with WinRAR all the files downloaded within the patch.
- Two of this files , 0_text and 0_sound have 3 and 2 parts...unpack only the first part of each one.
- All the uncompressed files are: DKZ patches of files 0_text, 0_sound, e_text and e_sound, besides files KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT,
file PES4.EXE and file para_we8.
- Open with DKZ Studio the 0_text patch file and click "Patch" and "apply patch over file"...select to patch the DAT file of your
game located in your HD and the patch will be applied to the 0_text original file.Do the same with patch files 0_sound, e_text and e_sound.
- Afterwards, replace file KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT that comes with the patch for the one located inside your Save-folder1 file in your HD.
- If you have installed the official Konami Patch 1.10, replace the file para_we8 for the one inside the Konami file in your HD.
_ Finally, replace the PES4.EXE file for the one with the same name in your game's files.
